1. Estimate of potential

The first step of KPC Kaizen-Coaching is to estimate the potential for optimization in your company with the following procedure:

• We interview the top management in order to understand the desired improvements.
• We visit your factory, evaluate the current level of process and estimate your potential
• We present our KPC consultancy method.

This procedure usually lasts 4 – 5 hours.
Afterwards you receive our cost offer for our on-site analysis and our implementation workshops.

Our first visit is free of cost. We only charge our costs for travelling.
Our condition: The top management has to attend.
