2. On-site analysis of the current situation

KPC is a professional and practically oriented consultancy. It does not take us 30 days or more – as is the case with many conventional and established consultancies – to analyze a new client’s current situation and to determine a project schedule.
We will not have you hire young, inexperienced consultants or waste time setting up shows with PowerPoint presentations to please the management.

Our on-site analysis lasts 2 – 5 days, depending on the size of the company, and it includes:

• visiting the entire factory
• detailed analysis of key figures and indexes (data is requested in advance)
•  on-site monitoring and analysis of processes
•  specifying the consultancy method and action steps
•  creating an implementation plan
•  determining the organization of project supervision
•  presentation to management
