3. Implementation through on-site workshops

The current standards of an enterprise (methods, processes, etc.) and a possible lack of the same are a reflection of the corporate culture, developed over the course of years and fixed in the heads of staff from top to bottom. This will not be changed by means of theoretical seminars and tests, neither through participating in external training.

KPC works on location with the employees or with representatives from the respective divisions. In the course of the workshop, current standards are challenged and optimized through improvement measures.

An implementation workshop usually takes four days. Possible participants at a workshop for “assembly optimization” might be:
